Filling the consultants/employees Visa extensions, amendments and other petitions as required by the govt of US.
Getting timesheets from the consultants/employees who are currently in project.
Getting Project status reports from the consultants/employees.
Getting the payments from the clients for the consultants/employees who are working in projects.
Running payroll for the Consultants/employees who are in Clients payroll.
Taking care of expenses of the Consultants/employees.
Helping the consultants/employees in filing their dependent visas.
Helping the consultants/employees in their leases, Driving license renewals, bank loans etc.

Taking care of Benefits (Insurance, 401K’s) of consultants/employees.
